Several vendors make it out to Motorama to showcase their merchandise. This includes manufacturers, hobby shops, and distributors. It’s a trade show for them and a chance to expose a huge motorsports crowd to the great hobby we enjoy.

Hobbico was there again, with Scott Cramer and Brad Brucker giving everyone the scoop on latest Arrma, Durango, Futaba, Dromida, Duratrax and Axial stuff. HPI was also there showcasing their line. Both booths were in the hallway immediately outside the 1/8 arena.

Horizon Hobby was also in attendance again, in the Speed show area. They had their full line of cars on display for folks to check out. Notable displays were the new 1/5 Buggy and the 22-4 4wd 1/10 Buggy.

They also had a bunch of the new Vaterra cars out.

Also spotted was HRP Distributing. They had a small booth and were actually offering items for sale (the others weren’t). They carry Racers Edge, Spaz Stix, and Savox brands in house as well as a general lineup of everything else.

What else does Motorama have that is radio control related and super cool? How about Battle Bots?! Yes, they have that too! A legit robot conflict competition that folks come from all over to compete in.

The guys from Driftsylvania were also there putting on their annual r/c Drift event.

Also spotted in a random hall was r/c rock crawling. I didn’t know this was going on this year or I would have brought something to play with.

There was also a little test oval.

Hobbytown USA was back in this area showcasing a variety of their products.
