We received word today that local racer Lewis Brown is making his way back into r/c in 2014. His amazing wife picked him up a brand new Losi 8ight 3.0 buggy kit for Christmas (we should all be so lucky). Lewis is a former racer friend of ours. He used to travel the RC Pro Series Northeast circuit with Jarodd but had since retired from the hobby. It sounds like he’ll be back in full swing and racing the entire outdoor season @ CRC Raceway this coming summer.

While this might not be noteworthy news to most, we have to wonder if perhaps some of the photos we shared on our Facebook page last February from Motorama got the fire burning again to feed his nitro need.

We shared the pic below on FB trying to get 100 Likes. Sadly we only got 75.. Not sure how that happens haha.

Jarodd and Kris had some ladies hold up this sign at Motorama 2013. With the news Lewis was returning, it reminded us that Motorama is just 8 weeks away! Don’t know what Motorama is? Check out our event recap. It’s pretty much the greatest motorsports show anywhere.
