And now we have everything else. These are completely random.
There’s several food vendors on site, serving stuff like hotdogs, hamburgers, chicken tenders, the normal type of fried foods. They also had soft pretzels which we my primary food intake all weekend.
Here’s that quad copter again we saw earlier in the 1/8 arena.
The guys from the Hidden Hanger were there again as the on site hobby shop. They don’t stock every nut and bolt you could ever need (how could they between just 2 trailers?), but their selection is great, and they were doing some good deals all weekend. All tires in those boxes on the floor were 40% off!
They were parked right next to the Hobbico team.
Here are some cars they had on display. A sweet sprint car.
Vaterra Twin Hammers! The guys at the Hidden Hanger actually let me drive it around. Pretty cool.
Some Axials in the house. SCX10 Honcho and Wraith. I never got to experience when there was r/c crawling at Motorama, but I imagine it was awesome.
Kris got bored and bought the Traxxas QR-1 heli from the Hidden Hanger. He picked it up over the Heli-Max, because it was cheaper and came with a 2nd battery. Not a bad deal.
We even did a trackside unboxing video!

It took Kris all of like 3 cycles on the pack to lose the heli in one of the support beams of the building. LOL.
Kris was eyeballing this pretty hard too.
LOL. Priceless shot. Armed with the popper gun.
Ms. Motorama cruising the hallway.
Rental track for the public to try.
An awesome sign Jarodd/Kris made. Lewis Brown is a former racer friend of ours. He used to travel the RC Pro Series Northeast circuit with Jarodd but has since retired from the hobby. We didn’t get the 100 likes we needed on Facebook, but it sounds like he wouldn’t have done it anyway :(. Actually, it was a different pic we posted on Facebook. See it here.
We stopped by the Horizon booth. John Shultz and Sonny Brown were giving everyone the scoop on the newest TLR, Losi, Vaterra, and ECX vehicles. Hear all about it in our podcast.
RC Soup’s Motorama 2013 Day 2 Soupcast/Podcast
Vincent “Vinnie” DiMartino was in the house on Sunday. He was repping his own company, V-Force Customs.
Next up, some Robot Conflict!
