Intermountain RC Raceway announces the dates for The 25th Annual April Fools Classic presented by Proline. The Race will start on Friday the 5th of April with controlled practice and one round of qualifying Friday afternoon. Satuday the 6th will include 3 more rounds of qualifying with all mains on Sunday the 7th.

The April Fools Classic is one of the longest running annual RC events in the country, in its 25th year in 2013. Do you remember what you were doing in ’88? IR-CR was already making history! With 25 years worth of legends competing against each other, the Amain finalists over the years reads like a World Championship roster – Gil Losi Jr, Brian Kinwald, Matt Francis, Mike Truhe, Travis Amezcua, Brent Theilke,
Scotty Brown, Kody Numedahl, Dustin Evans just to name a few. Intermountain has been breeding talent in recent years with the likes of Joel Eaton, Kobe Yonker, Corey Peterson and recent Reedy Race of Champions open class double TQ and 4wd winner Rob Gillespie calling this their home track.

The indoor clay track has some of the greatest grip in the country, with Proline Clay compound tires hooking up making for exciting nose to tail racing all weekend long. We are anticipating the new ION tire’s to be a contender

IR-CR has over 300 pit spaces available, an onsite hobby shop, fully stocked snack bar and parking available for RV’s and trailers. Contact the track for hotels in the area as well as any other info you might need.
