Boy that was a lot of work!! Here it is after the exhausting build (kidding). Not a bad little kit on first inspection. The plastics seemed of high quality, fit and finish is very good. Drivetrain spins free. I was excited to start getting this thing running!

One of the coolest things on this car are the CLEAR shock bodies!! It’s awesome watching the piston movement.

The bottom of the chassis. I’ve never been crazy about phillips hardware.. but I’ve gotten used to it with some of the other non-race kits I’ve built lately. The chassis is made of some sort of fiberglass. It flexes, so we’ll see how that plays into the car’s handling.

This is the rest of what is included in the kit. A small hardware bag, antenna tube, manual, and a few plastic trees.

It is an actual instruction manual, if you were to build it from parts.. so it includes full diagrams of how everything goes together. This will be handy when we have to take it apart later. The only tricky thing was figuring out what was done already and what was left to do.

I started with removing the body mounts off the parts trees.

They simply slide into position in the shock tower and are secured with a single small screw.
