HEAVY-DUTY 4WD SHORT COURSE SYSTEM

Novak Electronics introduces a new 4WD Short Course system: the Activ8/Vented Ballistic 550 4XSC Brushless System- 4.5T (#3185). This pure-sensor-based brushless racing system has been specifically developed for 4WD short course trucks and will handle any 4×4 SCT applications with ease.

Each cost-saving system contains the following ESC and Brushless Motor which are engineered, built and supported by Novak in Irvine, California:

Ø  ACTIV8 ESC: Heavy-duty ESC equipped with Novak’s X-Drive™ and Nova-Brakes™ for ultimate driving performance, on-board programming for complete customization, and a heavy-duty BEC to handle the demands of today’s servos. Cooling fan with fan guards included.

Ø  VENTED BALLISTIC 550: High-torque motor with twice the stator length of Novak’s Ballistic 540 produces the extreme power needed for 4×4 SC trucks, updated vented end bells for added cooling, and is hand-wound with Novak’s low-resistance red wire.

ULTIMATE 1/8^TH SYSTEMS

Novak is pleased to announce the most powerful, reliable and well-rounded 1/8^th scale brushless systems to date─ Activ8/Ballistic 8 Brushless Systems (#3181/1.5Y, #3182/2D).  Both systems were developed specifically for the high demands of 1/8^th Electric Buggy racing classes and feature a pure sensor design.

Each cost-saving system contains the following ESC and Brushless Motor which are engineered, built and supported by Novak in Irvine, California:

Ø  ACTIV8 ESC: Heavy-duty, high-voltage ESC equipped with Novak’s X-Drive™ and Nova-Brakes™ for ultimate driving performance, on-board programming for complete customization, and a heavy-duty BEC to handle the demands of today’s servos. Cooling fan with fan guards included.

Ø  BALLISTIC 8: 1514-size, sensored motor engineered by Novak to withstand the rugged demands of 1/8^th scale vehicles, amd features a 100% rebuildable design and adjustable mechanical timing.

• Activ8/Ballistic 8 1.5Y/1950 Kv (#3181): Recommended for smaller and medium-sized tracks
• Activ8/Ballistic 8 2D/2650 Kv (#3182): Recommended for larger tracks

HIGHER RPM BALLISTIC SPEC

Competition racing products are nothing new to the RC world, but for the first time, application-specific Spec Class racing products are starting to make their way to the tracks. Novak is pleased to bring Spec racers a new weapon for their racing battlefield− the Ballistic Spec High-RPM Brushless Motor- 17.5T (#3627). The Ballistic High RPM motor features a higher Kv stator wound with Novak’s low-resistance red wire for faster speeds, and vented end bells for cooler operation.

HIGH RPM SPEC STATOR

Due to the completely rebuildable design of Novak’s Ballistic line of brushless motors, numerous racing upgrades are available. To offer spec racers a new weapon for their racing arsenal, the Ballistic High-RPM Red Wire Stator-17.5T (#S6627) can be installed in any Ballistic 540 brushless motor. This stator features a higher Kv stator (rated at 2,350 Kv) hand wound with Novak’s low-resistance red wire for faster speeds.
