Continuing with our Meet the Pros segment, we also talked with Paul Ciccarello @ the RC Pro Series. Paul is a really fast guy on carpet, and it seems he can hold his own quite fine on dirt as well. Paul finished 5th in the Pro Buggy A main.

Have your been to CRC Raceway before? Yes, this is his third time

How do you like this year’s layout? It looks easy but it’s deceivingly challenging

How did he get involved in RC Racing?  Paul was into slot cars and Motocross. When he kept getting injured doing Motocross (and missing time off work), his boss bought him a 1/12 scale and Paul was hooked.

Do you prefer Electric or Nitro? Paul loves both for different reasons.

Any tips for new RC racers? Practice. Keep it on all 4 wheels.

What is your favorite racing class? Anything R/C. Paul LOVES racing anything r/c.

Do you do any R/C besides Off-Road Racing? 1/8 scale Nitro On-Road, 1/12 scale carpet On-Road.

What is your favorite type of soup? Paul’s favorite soup is RC Soup, but second to that, he prefers Potato & Bacon. 🙂
