I then mounted up my tires and was ready to go. The remaining shots are of the finished truck and allow you to enjoy it from most angles. At the end is a gallery that includes a couple extra pics not in the article.
Overall I found the build very enjoyable. There was nothing that gave me issues (didn’t fit right, etc) or any other major hassle. From start to finish it only took me a couple hours (that includes taking pics). Like I’ve mentioned, the fit and finish is remarkable. It is factory level. I am a HUGE fan of carbon fiber. The magnesium parts are cool too. For those that don’t know, magnesium is around 35% lighter than aluminum. It’s also difficult to machine because magnesium dust is very flammable. Never grind on these parts with a dremel tool!
I can’t wait to see what this thing does on the track.
