The diffs don’t get suspended in mid air. You have to put them in something, silly.
This one got me. I tried putting the diffs in before cutting out the parts tree. This small plastic tab needs to be removed first.
There are shims for the outside of the diffs, so that you can get a snug fit, and no slop. The shims didn’t fit so well for me. As luck would have it, I wound up not needing any.
You need to put a bearing in the front of the housing before you seat the diff

Not to be left out, the outside gets a bearing as well
Now we can seat the diff in the case.
Its a diff sandwich – I like PB and J myself.
These will hold the hinge pins for the lower control arms.
You’ll notice that this side has oblong holes for the hinge pins. More on this later.

great wright up. Cars will be coming with clear bodies soon and also I’m hoping new captured cvd’s. FYI,also we just found out about the side guards not fitting correct and we have fixed problem
