Our friends over at Canalside Racing Products are now offering services like kit building, race prep, and cleaning services. Here’s their new price list including description. They are based in Sherburne, NY if you want to save shipping costs.

Pro Shop Kit Build Service $60(simple), $80(complex) / $18 return shipping or free local pickup

This service includes building your newly purchased kit (contents of box). Since all the success starts with a well-built kit we take the time to do it right and put years of high level race experience into your build. We make sure everything is free and tight. We use Loctite on all metal to metal areas, and use Loctite for plastic on all the plastic to plastic areas giving you a bullet proof ride that is ready for hard racing! With this service we will mount/glue the tires that come with kit or up to one set that you send with it. We can put factory set up, our own researched setup or yours on it.

Pro Shop Race Prep $40 / $18 return shipping or free local pickup

This service includes a complete tear down for your race ride. We put our setup or yours on it. Prep includes fresh shock oil with shock rebuild, diff fluid, drive bearing cleaning, brake disk cleaning, etc. We make sure everything is smooth, free, and tight. All areas are checked that need to be Loctited. We will check and create a list of parts that need replacement and will change them with your approval. We top that that off with a factory clean and lube job using all high quality Kalgard products. You can have the same caliber car that the top pro’s race with on any given weekend! (Parts not included).

Pro Shop Prep $20/$18 return shipping or free local pickup

This is a quick service for our regular customers. This service is designed as an in between before your next Factory race prep. The Speed Shop will give it a factory clean and lubricated drivetrain using all high quality Kalgard products. We will then check the entire car and make sure the car is race ready. If anything needs to be replaced you will be asked for approval and given an estimate. (Parts not included).

Pro Shop Tire Mounting Service $7 per set/$10 return shipping or free local pickup

Never worry about your tires coming unglued during that race! We have years of national level race experience and understand what it’s like to prepare and work hard only to have a premount come unglued. We put air holes in the tires, prep the tires and wheels, clean the tires and wheels, and glue your tires. Then we balance the assemblies to make sure you do not have premature bearing wear. You then have a tire that’s track ready and done by the best! No order too small or too large!
